Quick Kava is proud to announce that we have set up our USA fulfillment division which wil be used to distribute all USA orders. This means US orders - where US stocks are available - will be fulfilled within 48 hours and should only take 3-4 days to arrive. As with other orders from around the world, our price includes shipping and you will receive tracking info for our order upon your order being fulfilled
For orders outside of the US, Quick Kava has negotiated with Vanuatu Post to receive such small postage rates that we are sending out all our orders inclusive of shipping!
When you buy kava from Vanuatu Kava Store and you live outside of the US, your order is sent out within 48 hours using Vanuatu Post's Registered Post option. Our fulfillment team then send you an email with tracking information allowing you to use Vanuatu Post, or your country of origin's postage service to track your order.
When we ship direct from our base of operations in Vanuatu(non US orders), orders normally take 5-10 working days to reach most destinations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT QUICK KAVA IS NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP TO AUSTRALIA DUE TO KAVA LEGISLATION THERE
Returns
Our refund policy is simple. If you are unhappy with the product contact our dispatch department. We will then require you to post it back - make sure that less than 20% of the product has been used otherwise we don't refund - and we will refund your monies plus the cost of posting it back, once we receive the item. At Quick Kava we pride ourselves on the quality of our product and as yet haven't had a returned order.
